Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving revenue growth. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and a proven track record in sales and business development.
Responsibilities and Duties
Business Development and Network
Identify prospective clients, partners, and market for the company’s products
Conduct market research to identify trends, competition, and customer needs.
Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients
Act as a main point of contact for clients, addressing their queries, concerns, and feedback promptly.
Sales and Revenue Generation
Develop and executive sales plan to achieve as well as exceeds sales targets
Prepare and deliver sales presentations to potential clients, showcasing the company’s value proposition.
Negotiate and close deals
Managing prospect's pipeline and scheduling regular follow-up tasks
Qualifications
Build a professional network with potential clients, partners, and industry stakeholders.
Regularly review the performance of the given sales pitch and update accordingly.
Represent the company at industry events, seminars, and conferences to establish a presence in the industry.
Use various strategies such as FOMO, Urgency, and others in the sales process.
Create and update sales pitches for various situations
Bonus Skills
2-3 years of experience in sales/ Business development
Strong Negotiation and Presentation skills.
Experience in the International education industry or IT industry.
