Summary
As a Customer Support Associate, you will play a crucial role in assisting our clients to achieve their desired outcomes with our products. Your responsibilities will include monitoring and managing chat support, promptly addressing customer queries, and coordinating with relevant teams to resolve issues. Additionally, you will follow the bug reporting process, ensuring that issues are documented and assigned to Engineers for resolution. Your efforts will contribute to enhancing customer satisfaction and ensuring a seamless experience with our products.
Responsibilities and Duties
Product/ Business
Guide clients through the setup and onboarding process to ensure a smooth start.
Maintain strong product knowledge and ensure all support articles and course content are up to date.
Coordinate with the videographer and voiceover artist to update system training courses (Admin, Counselor/Sales, Accounts).
Publish feature updates and ensure customers understand new functionalities through timely documentation.
Chat Support and Bug reporting
Monitor chat responses to ensure accurate solutions are being provided by the team.
Respond to customer queries and escalate to the appropriate team when needed.
Follow the bug reporting process, assign issues to engineers, and track their resolution.
Assist customers with data updates and manage training course data efficiently.
Qualifications
Able to work well in a team and support others when needed.
Good at collaborating with different people to get tasks done.
Can handle multiple tasks and stay organised under pressure.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.
