Summary
As a Customer Success Intern, you will assist in handling customer queries via chat, coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution, and support the bug reporting process. Your role will help ensure a smooth experience for our clients while giving you hands-on exposure to customer support and success operations.
Responsibilities and Duties
Client handling and Chat Support
Monitor chat support and videos to make sure the team has provided the right solution to the customer's problem.
Answer any raised queries by the customer and connect with the concerned team, if needed.
Follow the bugs reporting process and assign them to Engineers.
Inform and follow up with clients regarding new product updates, improvements, bugs and new releases of the software.
Product/ Business
Product Knowledge and Client handling
Lead and guide the team in handling inquiries most effectively.
Set up the customer system through the setup process and ensure customers are fully onboarded.
Support the team with day-to-day tasks and ensure a smooth experience for customers.
Qualifications
Able to work well in a team and support others when needed.
Good at collaborating with different people to get tasks done.
Can handle multiple tasks and stay organised under pressure.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Pays attention to details and is eager to learn and take on new challenges.
Bonus Skills
