Summary
We’re seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer with 10+ years of experience to drive system design, lead engineering teams, and deliver scalable solutions in TypeScript. You’ll be a technical cornerstone, ensuring best practices and fostering a culture of innovation.
Responsibilities and Duties
Technical Leadership, Mentorship & System Architecture
Lead cross-functional teams in delivering end-to-end solutions.
Mentor junior engineers through code reviews, design sessions, and hands-on guidance.
Architect scalable, secure, and maintainable systems.
Evaluate trade-offs between performance, cost, and complexity in design decisions.
Full-Stack Development, Collaboration & Innovation
Build robust frontend (React/Vue preferred) and backend (Node.js/PHP preferred).
Integrate databases (MySQL, MongoDB), APIs, and cloud services (AWS preferred).
Partner with product managers and stakeholders to align technical execution with business goals.
Champion Agile/Scrum practices, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps tools.
Qualifications
7+ years in software engineering with 2+ years in a leadership/management role.
Mastery of Typescript or similar language, modern frameworks (React, Node.js), and system design principles.
Expertise in cloud platforms, relational/NoSQL databases, and distributed systems.
Proven track record in DevOps practices, testing (Jest/Mocha), and CI/CD.
Strong communication skills and ability to simplify technical concepts for non-engineers.
Bonus Skills
