Operational Assistant

Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Operational Assistant to join our dynamic team. In this role you will support daily operational activities, ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of our business processes. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with strong organizational and communication skills who can manage multiple tasks and work collaboratively with different departments.

Responsibilities and Duties

Operational Support

Assist in day-to-day administrative tasks including handling calls, emails, maintaining office supplies, etc.

Supported planning and execution of company events, community events, and projects.

Maintain accurate records and databases of equipment, office resources, and Visitors.

Assist with budgeting, invoicing, and expense tracking related to administrative and operational activities.

Assistance

Assist the Accounts Team in record keeping and other assigned activities.

Support the People & Culture Team for Interview scheduling and planning.

Assist the people and Culture team in resource allocation and onboarding.

Assist the Director of Operations in the planning and execution of operational activities.

Qualifications​

Bachelor's degree in management or any similar field.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Basic understanding of financial and accounting principles.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office ( Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).

Proactive and self-motivated.

Bonus Skills

Experience with Accounting Tools or software packages

High level of integrity and honesty.

Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build positive relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
