Summary
We're seeking an Associate Product Manager to work closely with our Product Manager and contribute to various aspects of product management. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, conducting product research, managing workflows, participating in Scrum ceremonies, and driving process improvements. You’ll be critical in maintaining the product roadmap, ensuring efficient team management, and delivering comprehensive reports to key stakeholders.

Responsibilities and Duties
Product Development & Research:
Analyze customer-requested features, define product goals, and prioritize the feature roadmap to balance complexity and business value.
Collaborate with UX/UI designers to ensure optimal user experiences in product designs.
Conduct research to identify problems, document findings, and propose solutions for cross-functional teams.
Prepare user stories and product-ready documentation with clear problem definitions and suggested solutions.
Team Management & Reporting:
Assist in managing the product team, including resource acquisition, training, and process improvements.
Prepare detailed reports, including Sprint retrospective reports, backlog grooming session minutes, and weekly team performance updates.
Support the Product Manager in mapping and improving existing processes.
Participate in Scrum ceremonies to maintain workflow efficiency and team alignment.
Qualifications
Strong analytical and research skills to identify and prioritize product improvements.
Proficiency in using tools like JIRA for backlog management and process tracking.
Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Understanding of Agile methodologies and experience participating in Scrum ceremonies.
Bonus Skills
