Summary
We are seeking a motivated and organized Project Assistant to join our team. This entry-level role is ideal for someone looking to start a career in project management and gain hands-on experience in coordinating and supporting various project activities. The Project Assistant will work closely with project managers, team members, and stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
Responsibilities and Duties
Product Development & Research
Assist in the planning and execution of projects, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines.
Maintain project documentation, including project plans, schedules, and reports.
Schedule and organize meetings, preparing agendas, and taking meeting minutes.
Provide administrative support to project managers and team members.
Team Management & Reporting
Communicate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide project updates.
Address queries and provide information to team members and stakeholders as needed.
Assist in managing project resources, including equipment and materials.
Ensure the availability of necessary resources for project activities.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.
Basic understanding of project management tools and software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Trello, Asana).
Ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of stakeholders.
Bonus Skills
Familiarity with UX/UI design principles and user experience optimization.
Experience in preparing detailed documentation and user stories for product features.
Ability to lead team training sessions and drive process improvements.
