Summary
The Product Management Intern will work under the guidance of the Product Management to gain hands-on experience in product management processes and workflows. This role focuses on supporting product research, assisting in documentation, participating in Agile practices, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. The Intern will have the opportunity to learn key aspects of product lifecycle management, process improvement, and team collaboration while contributing to the development and enhancement of products.
Responsibilities and Duties
Product Development & Research:
Assist in analyzing customer-requested features and documenting key findings.
Collaborate with UX/UI designers to ensure optimal user experiences in product designs.
Conduct research to identify problems, document findings, and propose solutions for cross-functional teams.
Collaborate with the Product Manager to research and understand the market and user needs.
Team Management & Reporting:
Document insights and learnings from team discussions and sprint outcomes.
Support team activities, including connection events and skill development initiatives.
Support the Product Manager in mapping and improving existing processes.
Participate in Scrum ceremonies to maintain workflow efficiency and team alignment.
Qualifications
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Detail-oriented with proactive initiative.
Ability to work well with diverse stakeholders.
Bonus: familiarity with product management tools.
Familiarity with UX/UI design principles and user experience optimization.
