We're seeking an Associate UI/UI designer, you will be responsible for the creation and improvement of digital interfaces to enhance user experience. An Associate UI/UX designer contributes to the design process under the guidance of senior designers and is instrumental in creating user-centric digital experiences.
Responsibilities and Duties
User Research, Design & Prototyping
Conduct user research to understand needs, preferences, and behavior.
Prepare wireframes, visual mockups, and working prototypes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design coherence.
Use tools like DataDog and other metrics to evaluate and inform design solutions.
Market Research, Competitive Analysis & Documentation
Prepare clean UI/UX documentation, including problem statements, user flows, and suggested solutions.
Collaborate with supervisors and project managers to drive design development.
Create design specifications, guidelines, and style guides for consistency.
Stay updated on the latest trends, best practices, and technologies in UI/UX design.
Qualifications
Previous experience in UI/UX for a year.
Creative and efficient problem solver.
Ability to work in a cross-functional team.
